Garfield Township Veteran’s Memorial Walkway
Located behind the Garfield Township Hall, this peaceful recreational walkway offers an easy way to get outdoors and enjoy the changing landscape throughout the year. The first loop winds through a mature stand of red pines, creating a quiet, shaded setting that is ideal for a relaxing stroll, nature watching or simply enjoying some time outside.
A paved path skirting an agricultural field connects to a second loop, where the landscape transitions into a mature hardwood forest. Together, the two loops provide a pleasant mix of evergreen and hardwood scenery, open views and wooded trails, making the walkway an inviting destination for walking, exploring and enjoying nature in every season.
